Hello there!

I'm Jonathan, an illustrator practising in the South West of England. If you've got to this site that means you're liking my work to some extent so a big thank you to you first of all!

I mainly work in digital illustration these days but I've made lots of printing work in the past such as linocuts, woodcuts and screen-printing - all of which are huge loves of mine and I find so therapeutic.

​

My main areas of interest in terms of illustration include various character design elements of portraiture and figure drawing. I also am trying to branch out more into designing more fantasy based characters as I find armour and clothing incredibly interesting to draw (if not infuriating at times). I love drawing animals and nature as well, especially the different textures found through various furs and feather patterns.

​

I love using super bright and striking colours - anything neon or pastel is absolutely going to catch my eye and will probably be used in my work at some point.
